Check-in time is 4:00 PM unless you’ve made prior arrangements for an earlier check-in. Please communicate your expected arrival time with our team. We provide detailed driving directions to your rental property, as GPS can sometimes be unreliable. Be sure to print out your directions or refer to the Google Map link on the property listing.

Most of our properties use keyless entry with a personalized lock code provided to you three days before your arrival. If your property requires physical keys, they will be provided upon check-in. Please return any keys at checkout to avoid additional fees.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you require a late check-out, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please ensure you’ve received written approval for any late check-out requests.

Yes, a one-time cleaning fee is charged for each stay. The amount varies depending on the size of the property and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. This fee ensures your vacation rental is professionally cleaned and ready for your arrival.

No, all of our vacation rental properties come fully stocked with high-quality, professionally laundered linens and towels for your comfort during your stay. Enjoy the convenience of a fully prepared vacation home.

Yes, our vacation homes are stocked with essential household supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, garbage bags, and more. Additionally, most homes offer a basic supply of spices, coffee filters, and limited coffee to make your stay more comfortable.

Some of our vacation rentals in West Yellowstone are equipped with washers and dryers. Please check the details of each property to find out if there is laundry onsite.

Our vacation rental homes are thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Additional housekeeping services during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee. Please inquire for availability and pricing.

Our vacation rental properties do not have space for RVs, trailers, or campers. However, if you’re traveling with an RV, we can direct you to nearby parking areas in West Yellowstone. RVs, trailers, and campers may not be used for accommodation on-site.

West Yellowstone is located at the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park, just 10 miles from Idaho and 2 miles from Wyoming. We are also about an hour’s drive from Big Sky, MT, and less than an hour from Island Park, ID.

West Yellowstone has a small airport (WYS) that is open from June 1 to October 1. For the rest of the year, the nearest major airports are Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN), located 90 miles north, and Idaho Falls Regional Airport (IDA), located 110 miles southwest.
