We make onboarding smooth and straightforward.
- One-Time Setup Fee: $400 per property
✅ Includes professional photography and listing setup - Management Fee: 30% of rents collected
✅ Covers all services, cleaning, marketing, guest support, and supplies.
For an additional fee, we can coordinate any state or local licensing inspections required for compliance.
